I am new to this forum. My I-140 was approved 3 weeks ago and my employer is refusing to give a copy of I-140 approval notice. I am planning to use AC21 and since it has been over 180 days since i filed my I-485 i now want to work for a new employer.
Could anyone tell me if there is another method to obtain the I-140 approval notice. Could I request FOIA with TSC. If so how long do they take to send the information?
Also, do i need a copy of I-140 approval notice when i send the AC21 letter?
