AC21 - I-140 copy needed?

Hi all,

My I-140 has been approved and I will complete 6 months after 485 application date in March. My employer does not give the copy of the I-140. I did manage to get the receipt number though. Do I need the I-140 copy for AC21? Can I switch employers without the I-140 copy? Will receipt number do?

Also, what are the consequences if the I-140 application is revoked by the employer?

You get a Notice of Intent to Deny, and you have 30 days to respond with evidence of your new "same or similar" job. If you can do so, you'll be fine.
