AC21: How get approved Labor Cert ?

I just got an apparent dream job offer.
I am hiring an attorney to handle my transition to new company using AC21. I expect new lawyer to draft the AC21 letter and give that to new employer to sign.

The new lawyer wants a copy of approved LC. I dont have this. All I have are copies of the ETA750 which contains the job description there.
How can I get such copy of approved LC and does the new lawyer really needs this to draft the AC1 letter ?

I dont want to ask copy of approved LC to lawyer of my existing employer, otherwise he may realize I am trying to transfer jobs. Please advise.

I-140 approved, i-485 > 180 days.

Ask the lawyer why he needs a copy of the approved labor?

Ideally, the job description that you have should be enough for him to draft the letter. Ensure that the AC21 letter covers your labor jobs/duties.

You can also give him your labor State and Federal Case numbers if you have it.

You can try applying through FOIA (freedom of information act) but this may take time to get a reply and some forum folks think that it could delay your I485 application.

[Edit: give me -> give him]

That's a very bad typo on my part. I meant
"You can also give HIM your labor State and Federal Case numbers if you have it.".
Sincere apologies!

who said invoking FOA will delay your I-485 application? how FOIA is related to 485 ?

I remember some forums in the folks indicating as such. Don't know how true it is.
You will have to re-search the forums and see what people have said.
