AC21:How exact letter needs to be ?

Imagine I have old employment listed in the ETA750 as:
title:Systems Administrator
Migrate, enhance, maintain a network of Unix Servers running on HP-UX hardware and support Windows clients, and program using Visual Basic.

Now the new employer I am transferring jobs to is willing to issue a letter more like this format:
title:Senior Systems Engineer

- Manage Unix Servers
- Manage routers and firewalls
- Manage databases
- Manage Macintosh clients

Do you think the above would be valid as a similar job description when compared to the old job ? Should the wording be very similar or exact the same in order to be considered similar jobs ?
 
Me too. looks similar. Is it possible for the new employer to take out "Manage databases", "Manage Macintosh clients" from the description? Not that it really matters but that will rule out any slightest chances( I woul say minimal) of confusion for the officer.
