AC21 - Any green card rejection???

Have you heard of any cases of AC21 got rejected? Wondering whether to take a risk or not? MY RD is 09/20/01. not sure when will get my GC.

Hi,
You are safe to use the AC21 portability in general if circumstances demand.
If you dont have a job.... There is no other option except using this beautiful path finding INS Guideline.
