AC21 filing question

My case is--switched employer before 180 days and the approval of I-140, now the I-140 is approved.

I have several questions regarding to AC21.

1. If AC21 needs to be used, when it should be filed with USCIS.
2. If not informing USCIS about job change at all unless asked for by USCIS, and the former employer is no more business, what should I do after the I-485 approved?
3. Where to find the definition of OCC code on approved ETA 750?
4. Do I need to find an attorney to file the AC21 or can I do it? If I need to use an attorney, any suggestions for good AC21 attorney?
5. Can somebody post their sample letters for AC21 kindly(except hmd’s case)?

My details in summary:
Labor approved: April 2004
I-140/I-485 applied: June 2004
I-140 approved: March 2005
FP: March 2005

Please help me in this matter. Looking for answers.

No Clear indication on that but do it after you are eligible. ie 140 is approved and 485 is pending for more than 180 days.

2. If not informing USCIS about job change at all unless asked for by USCIS, and the former employer is no more business, what should I do after the I-485 approved?

Just file a AC21 if former employer is out of business, safest bet in your case.

Dont know...

4. Do I need to find an attorney to file the AC21 or can I do it? If I need to use an attorney, any suggestions for good AC21 attorney?
Unless its a complicated case (diff job duties/title/salary) you can send the letter yourself.

5. Can somebody post their sample letters for AC21 kindly(except hmd’s case)?
HMD is the gold standard! you cannot get any better samples :)

Best of luck !

Hi, adyav:

Thanks for your response. Actually in our case, I140 has been approved and the I-485 has been pending >180 days. But changed job before 180 days. Will that be a problem while filing AC21?
Also, the two job descriptions are not similar, do you (or any other kind person) have any suggestion of how to file the AC21?

Appreciate any information offered!
