Is 140 approval notice required to use AC21?
USCIS has record that your I-140 was approved, you can also take online print out if you know your I-140 EAC , WAC, LIN #
My employer is not willing to provide it. Please help.
You only need pending I-485 filing reciept, your new employer parmanent future job offer letter in Same/similar job duties as on approved LC and your Intent change letter to use AC21, if you have I-485 filing reciept that is OK.
* if you want the copy of approved LC, approved I-140 then use FOIA, you can get copies from USCIS
