This is my job title and description (ETA750):
Title:Systems Administrator
Description:Maintain, migrate, enhance a network of Windows 2000 Servers on Compaq High-End servers, with Macintosh Clients and program using VB.



Target job I want to take (AC21):

Title:Security Specialist
Description:Enhance security and design of Windows Servers during migration on high end Dell and Compaq servers with Windows and Macintosh clients and program using VB.

In your view, do you think this would be considered similar under AC21 ?

Yes.
In my opinion, the jobs are similar.
However you cannot predict how the neanderthals at the USCIS will interpret it.To be on the safe side, take a EVL from the new employer saying that it is a 'similar' job.

------------------ to be safe get letter from new employer with same job duties as on ETA750A , nobody is going to check what you are doing now, GC is after I-485 approval. if your employer write the same job duties then no confusion when officer looks at letter
