AC21 Contract to Hire

I have a new offer. But the company will hire me only on contract to hire basis. I have to work as a contractor for 6 months before getting the permanent offer. Is AC21 possible in this situation? Please give your opinion.

Risking is not worth it in this case. Go only for full time permanent offer where you can get offer letter which is close to your LC job description.

Remember!... when 485 is filed, it meant employer had intention to keep the employee indefinetly.
