AC21 Clarification (Jaxen need help plz)

As per my labour approval, job title is Programmer analyst. I have no idea about the job description and salary specified is 75000. As per the current wages for programmer analyst max is 82K and min is 48K.

My question is If i use AC21 and take a permanant offer,

1. Can my salary fall in between the min and max wage limit, for my job title? or should that be same as what is specified in LC. Can it be more?

2. As i do not know the exact job description, can the new offer letter have the job description as per the ONET but with the same job title?

After searching ONET i did not find any job title as programmer analyst. I guess programmer analyst is a combination of computer programmer and computer systems analyst. Am i right in saying that.

2. Yep I also cannot find prog/analyst. So now the job description in LC application becomes crucial. However yes, you can use the standard job description from the new employer
