AC21 case question

Dear All,

I have got my EAD card and I am getting an offer form a big company to join them on my EAD. Its been more than 180 days since my I-485 was filed and my I-140 is also approved. I understand that INS need a letter of employment from the current employer in the last stage of approval of I-485. My Labor was an an Oracle Apps DBA and my new job is on Oracle Developer with some DBA responsibilities. Does the employment letter need to have exactly the same skills sets mentioned as in the labor certification?

Suppose if I want to change this new employer say after 6 months and want to come back to my old employer who filed my initial I140 and I485 will that have any issues?

----- better if the new employer gives you future permanent job offer letter in same job title and same skills as on past approved LC
