AC21 case in the making

I will be laid of by the end of this month with good terms with my employer. I have started looking for a new job as System Administrator. My concerns at this time are ;

1, Untill I find a new job, can I work for some other firm as pera legal reviewer in the evening as part time ?

2, How will it affect my case in the event of my not being able to get a "simmilar " job, 2-3 months ?

Need your advise, I will be putting further questions here as the case goes along.
 
1. Yes, your EAD will allow that
2. In case of a RFE, you will be expected to show similar job or at least a similar future job. Whether INS will issue RFE or not is impossible to predict. Can your current employer give a letter for a future employment ?

Sorry to hear about your job loss - this economy stinks. I hope you find a good job soon.

Let me know if my interpretation is correct of your comment?

I work with Company A, which either lays me off or I leave them. But they are ready to help me in any way possible for the GC.
I join Company B with a same or similar job function and pay is also equal or more than LC

Down the road I get a RFE for say W2, recent pay stubs, employment letter etc

I provide W2, pay stubs from company B, employment letter from company B, a letter mentioning that I have changed my job using AC21 and a letter from Company A saying that they are going to support me for future employment.

If my interpretation is right, are you sure BCIS will accept letter from company A which laid me off?

My RD is October 2003 and i do not see its coming till 12 more months.

I have contacts in Company B, which might provide me with a " letter of SAME future job ", ofcourse I will wait for the RFE to respond for AC21, as per my Lawyer. My concern is ;

1, Can I, after being laid off, work for " any " kind of job ? Say Pizza Hut .

2, I will be able to produce a letter for future " SAME " employment from Company B, what could be the consequences ?
