There's been some pretty funky AC21 ajudications lately. Seems like a clear case where a motion to reconsider comes in.
That's the beauty of AOS vs. CP - if that guy did CP he'd be completely and utterly screwed.

The discussion is not very clear.It does not appear as if the attorney mentioned having used AC21 in his reply to the RFE. RFE was for employment letter, paystubs etc. In the reply emp letter and paystubs from new employer were sent in.
