AC21 case approved!

** I too got approval at last **

I received I-485 approval notice for myself, spouse and kid on Aug 6th.

Details:
Wac: 02-047-
RD: 11/23/01
ND: 11/16/01

EAD 1: March 2002
EAD 2: April 2003

FP1: Jan 2002 (Oxnard)
FP2: July 15th 2003 (Oxnard)

Changed job in the middle, about a year after I-485 filing. Did not notify INS about this although my lawyer wanted me to file AC-21.

Got RFE on July 1st and INS received the response on July 31st (per online case status)

Case APPROVED on AUG 6th. Just six days after receiving RFE
 
Hi Guys,


How to get LC/140/485 copies from my previous lawyer who is also an employee of my previous company. Has anyone tried through their new lawyer to get these documents from previous lawyer. I know it is illegal to deny access to these documents but he is insisting me to take approval from my VP and that is not going to happen in my case.
