AC21 case approved-NSC

Here are the details:

PD : Jan2000
I485 RD : Feb2001
I485 ND : March2001
FP : April 2002
RFE sent : June 3, 2002
RFE for employment letter

RFE Replied : June17,2002
AC21- new employer letter, letter for change of intent, and attorney's cover letter

AVM updated for RFE : July 3,2002

AD as per AVM : July 26, 2002

Mine, my wife's and kid's are all approved. Job change was in the same category and after 180days of RD. New job in same geographical location and with salary more than labor certification. No reason for job change was specified in my letter.
Did not inform INS of job change before RFE.

I visited this site almost everyday but was always silent. This is a great site and thanks a lot to Rajiv.

I will be visiting this site for some more days to reply any questions posted. Thanks.
