AC21 Case Approved - RD: 10/18/01

Hi Folks,

This is my first message and it is APPROVED. Verified online yesterday...

Details:

Employer in VA.
06/xx/00 Labor applied and approved in October'00...
IND/VA/EB2
02/xx/01 I140 applied...
August Last week RFE for Employment Verification on I140
09/xx/01 I140 Approved (within 3 weeks of RFE response)
10/18/01 RD I485
Applied with employer address as permanent address (VA) and my address as temporary (TX)
11/26/01 ND
12/31/01 Came to Bench
Got Finger Print Notice scheduled some time in 03/2x/02 in Arlington, VA
But went to nearest INS, San Antanio, TX on 02/23/02 (walk in)
Advised by attorney to wait until end of May to complete my 180 days from ND.
06/xx/02 Joined another company and moved to Illinois...with 20% pay cut.
Sent AR11 to INS, DC and VSC (No calls made)
Expecting RFE.....
Checking Rupnet, Immigration Portal, INS online couple of times a day (it became a routine and I am sure it was comforting...)
EAD renewal ND:9/19/02 and AD:10/29/02.
Surprised to see approval yesterday 11/01/02.

Thought to share as it may help those in a similar situation. Also updated rupnet.

I did not notify my job change and already updated Rupnet and my id is same in rupnet.

Did they mailed you to your new address as you specified in your AR-11 Form?
 
We haven't got our approval notice yet....but hoping that it will come to our new address, since INS sent my renewed EAD to new address (EAD application had my new address though). Let you know once I receive. Thanks.
