Hi, dude

my case got approved. wac0204x....

It is a AC21 case, and I changed job in less than 180 days( around 3 months ).

I got so many helpful info from here, so hope my approval will give you guys some hope.

Good luck!

Celina,
Could you repost details of your case for benefit of other members of forum. Did you do anything other than filing AC-21, even though u switched jobs after 3 months.

Thanks

the details:

ND Nov, 2001
change job, feb, 2002( there are around 15 days gap between the new job and the old one )

2nd fp, July 2003.

AC21 filing, Sep, 2003

RFE( 2 w2, EVL ), Dec, 2003
RFE revd, Jan, 2004
AP, Mar, 2004

I think to have a good attorney is really important. They help me filed RFE.

I called INS for case status several times, every call triggered some new movement. like "2nd FP", RFE....

I didn't do anything special.

I have always belived and stated- 180 days wait for pending 485 is redundant. It may apply only if 485 is getting adjucated in less than 180 days- that is never the case- as we all know (wish it was).
Good Luck

Hi celina

did u hire a local lawyer or is it form murthy/rajiv khannas office........i am looking for good lawyer to reply for my RFE

please let me know how u go about finding one?

did INS know you left before 180 days

Congrats!
When you filed your AC 21, did you inform the BCIS of the date you left the sponsering company?

Congrats. Please what documents did you send with the AC21 filling?

Is there a form for AC21 filing?

How much did the lawyer charge for filing AC21?

Yes, there is no form for AC21. I don't think I mentioned the date I left the company. The attorney only states the new company EVL letter, and salary paid.

Basically, the attorney has the ideas how to file AC21. I don't need to give them suggestion.

IF you are AC21 case, I suggest you hire a good attorney. Comaring to the time we are waiting , $2000 is nothing.

I heard that there are a bunch more cases like mine have been approved in that attorney office.

No, I didn't inform INS the date I left the old company.

I don't think there is a form or format for AC21. The attorney just inform them I left the old company, join the new one, the salary, the EVL, the job tiltle and responsibility.

by the way, I didn't pay for filing AC21 seperately.

I paid one time in full, including everything, RFE, 485 filing, ac21, and interview( of course, I didnt' get one. but they said if I got one, they will go with me without extra charge ).
