AC21- Can do this?

Dear All,

I will highly appreciate if some one can please answer these questions

I am EB3-PD 04-2002, AC21 Case. Retrogressed Country

1) Risk joining a small company with very few employees (co is owned by friend/relative)

2) What happens if I take unpaid vacation (3-4 months) during AC21

3) Does it matter if W2 is less than what is mentioned on original labor

4) Can I join school during AC21?

1) Risk joining a small company with very few employees (co is owned by friend/relative)
------------- better not to go with this kind of company, USCIS can ask Ability to pay and that company may not have enough income
2) What happens if I take unpaid vacation (3-4 months) during AC21
------------- that is not the problem . you need permanent job offer letter at the time of I-485 approval
3) Does it matter if W2 is less than what is mentioned on original labor
---------------- GC is for future job and the wages on LC are to be paid AFTER I-485 approval
4) Can I join school during AC21?
------------ AC21 has nothing to with school, AC21 is request to approve pending I-485 based on the new same/similar permanent job offer from new employer
