AC21 attorney fee ??

When attorney writes the letter for AC-21 he attaches the relevant documents along with a covering letter. If you can do that on your own then it should be OK. On the covering letter include your spouse name, receipt numbers and A# and enclose Employment letter to this bunch

Also, for the new job -
Does the job title have to be same ?
On LC I have software engineer written and the one I am offered is Senior datawarehouse developer.
ALso the job responsibilities are 70-80% same .
I was a consultant before and now i am planning to join the client company ( IT field) .
What else is needed for AC21 ?
pls help.. i am in dilemma ...i dont want to lose this perm job offer..

My attorney charged me $500 for that letter. He said it is discounted price. I do not know his regular fees.
Come to your problem Even my designation was slightly different. So I skipped designation it self. Although company was ready to give any kind of letter I modified the some sentences in responsibilities. If you are not feeling comfortable with some lines you can skip those lines.
You can add a sentence like your salary will match with prevailing wage and stated on the Labor certification.

Why can't you guys contact Rajiv. Khanna's office? It is a big irony that people ask for lawyers on this forum.
Coming to myself, I do not have the freedom to select my own laywer since my company has its owen legal team. But in cases where possible, I cannot understand why you cannot atleast give a consideration to Mr. Khanna. You can certainly keep your options open and find out how much different lawyers charge for AC21 and make your selection appropriately.
Guys n gals, I am not here to advertise for Mr. Khanna, nor am a representative for them. I am a silent member of this forum, but sometimes wonder why people cannot see the good job being done by Mr. Khanna's team and keep asking for suggestion about some "good Lawyer".

I'm an AC21 case. Recently got an RFE asking for employment letter, paystubs and Tax filings. Guess what, I slammed the three documents to the RFE letter and sent it back. No letter attached asking for their merciful consideration of my case ! Will post again to let you guys again what the result is in few weeks.
My take is that you dont need to educate an adjudicator as to what the laws are. The employment letter states my current duties, the paystubs - my salary and the tax filings that I have been making more than my LC salary. The rest is left as an excercise to the adjudicator

My 485 application had more glaring holes on which I was expecting RFE and if these guys dont look that hard then I'm not sure some one will sit with a cup of coffee to read your lengthy letter.
You dont need to hire a laywer just for this. If you still get a NOID or RFE then may be you should consider one. Just my two cents.
