Can you tell us about % salary difference, job title and job description ?

The attorney sent a very short letter where it said I want to use AC 21 ,mentioning that I fulfil the conditions.There was also a letter from my employer which included the basic stuff-job title,some of the LCA duties,salary and the phrase that they want to offer a permanent job when the GC will be approved. The attorney also included a copy of I-140 approval notice and the receipt for I-485.
Job title was same : physician -internist,salary same-14 k above LCA.
Different service center too(moved from ND to TN).I sent it abot 2-3 weeks into the new job.
