Where is Complete script of AC21 and William R Yates Memo??
Hi Gurus,
I am a new member of this excellent group. I need some help to reply my RFE for EVL on my pending 485 for more than one and a half year and approved I-140 since two years. i have the following questions:
1. From where I can get a complete copy of AC21 or the following portion of it " The American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act of 2000 AC (21) allows for a change of employer on any I-485 Adjustment of Status Application that has been pending for 180 days or more, without the need to file a new I-140 petition."
2. Can somone provide me William R yates memo of August 4, 2003??
3. Do I need to send my pay stubs in response to RFE alongwith EVL, even though it is not required in RFE? I was working with company A who filed my labor, I140 and the I485. I recently joined company B. Please advise.

Thank you for quick reply. I was able to find a .pdf file on William Yates memo but I could not find AC21 portability law june 2001 memo's copy. Murthy's site has all the details about it but not the actual version. Any other way ... to find it.
