AC21 and Salary Difference

My I485 application is pending for 13 months. I am getting about 30% more salary than in the labor approval. I have an offer that is about 65% more than the salary in the labor approval. Whether the BCIS will consider the job is not in the 'similar category' because of the salary difference, even if the job description is similar?

Ahhh.....

Are you moving from software engg to some executive position to get 65% more that LC? Just kidding...;)

I dont think this will be a problem! But its good to talk to your lawyer about this.
