Has anybody used AC21 with an approved I140 in EB-1C category (multinational executive or manager)?

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated..

my 140 in EB1c got approved on Aug 19 2002. It was applied in April and took about 4 months. I applied for 485 in Sept. EAD aproved last week. FP done for 485 in Oct. Waiting for 485 progress :)
 
change of employer before I-140 approved

what is the common wisdom of the risk involved if you change the employer 180 days after filing an I-485 and before the I-140 is approved (but the employer has indicated he will not revoke it). Opinons seem to differ, please help.
