AC21 and case transfer ?

Does using AC21 will be transfer my 485 from TEXAS to VERMONT ?

current company hQ is TEXAS
and new company has HQ in BOSTON.

Invoking AC21 does not trigger file transfer to Local USCIS office. USCIS has different criteria for file transfer to local office. Your case may be approved by TEXAS if YOU don’t request the Transfer of file to VSC (You should NOT request file transfer it will delay the process)

I am not interested in transferring my case. I hope AC21 will not trigger it since new office HQ and lawyer in boston not in texas.

After long discussion and thoughts
I have decided not to leave current company .. current job is perm. job but requires 25 % travel...
It was good offer(with 12 K hike and no travel as well) and good company .

Applying AC 21 is no harm. if all papers are ok you are all set to get it. Discussed with all close friends who applied AC21 and got approved... everybody of the opinion that if you can avoid it ...then good otherwise go ahead.

I do not want to discourage anybody applying it but personally I do not want to add more tension beacause of AC21 (RFP's / Lawyer/discussion etc).
