AC21: 180 Day Rule. Question for experts(and everybody else)

After seeing lot messages with useful information on the issues, I think some us have become better than Immigration Attorneys. This question for those of you who has some information on this.

Assume that one changes job and joins another company taking advantage of the new law(AC21 & 180 Rule). Does this new job has to be in the same geographical location as the original place from where Labor was filed also does the job description has to be the same?

I am guessing that it has to be the same, but if any of you know for sure, if it is the case or it doesn\'t really matter.

Location and Salary does not matter. Only it has to be same or similar occupational category.

dr164, nobody, even attorneys, are 100% sure as INS hasn\'t published regulations yet.

But the text of the law only talks about maintaining the same job classification.
