AC21 106(c) - implementation of job change provision and PD movement

1. Anyone have any ideas on when the INS will give regulations on AC21 106(c) (i.e.) provision to change job after 180 days?

2. How fast will the PD movement be in the months to come? I realize this is usually a wild guess but regardless has there been any news?

A1. Probably April 2001, we should see some regulations (if the new regulations are not delayed due to Mr. Bush\'s directive). No one knows exactly yet as to what INS will do with this situation. I am expect the worst and hence I am staying put.

A2. Based on recent PD movements, EB3 probably may move faster than EB2 becuase there seems to more EB2s than EB3.. I think in a 9 month time frame, most categories will be close to being current.
