AC140 question, Please advice

My P3 was sent on 5/9 to Mumbai consulate.
Can I contact them and ask them about my case.(expected interview date).
I don\'t even have a case number.

yes, you can e-mail them or you can call but most effective only e-mail

normally they reply very soon. they will not sit on a message unless they are waiting some information or they did not decide on your case.

in my case my lawyer received next day e-mail with my case number. usually it is 1 to 3 days they give case number.
