AC140 - hardship case

Hello,

I know I am asking a very simple question but it means a lot to me-

What is the case of hardship for not waiting for 824 approval?
Can people share their draft content to the consulate?

Sorry I do not have the answer to your question. I am basically trying to find that out too. I have posed this question too. If anyone does email you the letter, do you think you could send it to me too, or post it here?

One example would be you requested CP but INS made a mistake and mentioned AOS in your I-140 application.

If you research AC I-140 threads on this forum you will learn a lot more examples as above and will also understand that proving hardship is just a formality.
 
Could there be any other plausible example. I did choose I485, my lawyer strongly recommended it. They still tell me to go through AOS, but I feel CP is better. What is your take?
