I am in very difficult situation here. Any of your help or knowledge on this is appreciated.
I filed my I 140/485/EAD/AP in 9/02 from Vermont.
I had my first FP done in 10/02
Also, I am currently working on EAD. This is my second EAD renewed until 12/04.
My case is tranferred to Philadelphis office on 03/04.
Well, it takes atleast 1year after your case is Transfer to PHL office to get an interview. I believe they will not touch my case until 2005.
I have chnage the company. I am no longer working with my sponsor company.
Questions :
1. Can I opt for AC-140 ?
2. If yes, what is the process ? What should I have to do. My case is not with Vermont anymore, it is moved to Philadelphia.
3. How much time it will take if I process through AC 140 from Mumbai consulate (approx. guess)
4. What are the risk involved ?
Pl. answer anything you know........
