Gurus,

My employer concurrently filed my 140/485 on Dec 2004.
I got the 140 approval on March 2005. I decided to join with my client who is giving me 25% more.I asked my lawyer to file the AC-21 but he refused to file. I filed it on my own on Last month.

My job duties and salaries everythings are same as mentioned in the Labor. I would like to know that "Is I scrwed something on my process? because I applied AC-21 by my own also I didn't get any updates on my
case status.".

Please advice me.

You have done it, wait and watch. You can not interfere with USCIS processing. So relax.

Both are used by people and both work.

PS:Tension nahi lene ka kya.

I guess by applying, you mean informing the USCIS. Most of the folks inform USCIS themselves so its not a big deal. There is a seperate AC21 forum on this website which you can check for the recommended documentation. I am in the same boat as you are (Ac21). We will know if we were right or wrong once retro is vogue no more. Enjoy madi...

I did file an AC21 through lawyer. They did very professionally, but I don't remember I ever received any update on filing AC21.

I changed job again without filing AC21 at all this time.

I heard to file or not to file is still up to debate.
