AC 21- Urgent Please help (Terminated for cause)

Hi,

I have a question about my pending 485.
I have my 140 approved in June 2003.
485 receipt notice date is May 2003.

I got terminated by my employer in April 2004 .(Terminated for a cause).

Can my employer stop my green card processing for any reason?
What shoudl I do?
Please help..

I recommend that you talk to a lawyer! Under any circumstances, you may receive RFE to verify your employement!

Hi,

I did get today a notice denying my 485 because my employer withdraw I-140 for me.
Can this happen.
I check other postings and they say that after 140 is approaved and 485 is pending for more then 180 days, 140 can not be revoked.
Please help..
What should I do?
 
Sorry to hear. Some dumb officer has processed your case and she/he did not know any idea about immigration. Go for motion to reopen, yours will be approved.
