What gray areas are clarified, I am still confused about if you can change your job without your I140 approved but after 6 month

yes, you can change jobs with i-140 pending as long as the new position is same or similar.

it is more risky though because if your 140 is denied then 485 will be denied as well. note that once your 140 is approved only then portability will be determined.
