AC-21 Rejection due to Job difference ??

Hi All,

After being stuck in Name check for 17 months, I am thinking of invoking AC-21.

1. Is there some cases of AC-21 being rejected because of Job Difference ?

2. How much salary increase will be safe to keep Ac-21 safe ??

Never Heard any rejections..

Are u working on H1B now? In that case you are completely safe as ur back-up is always there. In case of rejection also, u can Challenge the GC.

Not seem any.

2. How much salary increase will be safe to keep Ac-21 safe ??
Diff should be in range of 10% I would say. This is to feel that the job type is same. However this can't be criteria for rejection as mentioned in the last AC21 memo.
