AC-21 Questions - Very Urgent - Please Advise.

Posting this on behalf of my friend. Please advise - Very Urgent.Case details as below.

Case Info :
Case Type : EB2 ,
Priority Date : 11/18/2001
I140 Approved on 09/17/2004
I485 Pending since March 16th of 2004.
Qualified for AC21 (since 140 Approved and then I485 is pending more
than a Year)

Questions:
1.Please advice me will there be any Potential issue with Job Title?
Current Job Title in ETA 750 Form is “Project Manager, the potential
job title is “Business Information System Manager” and the roles and
responsibilities are identical there is no change at all.

2.Can the current sponsor revoke I140 approval after using AC21?

1. As long as job description are same. I don't think title matters (not being too apart).
2. Sponsor can revoke approved I-140 any time. However he is covered by AC21.
