Ac-21 question

Please clarify the following on AC21:

1) If I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending for more than 180 days, is it really safe to change employers.
2) Can the employer revoke I-140 even before we file AC21. Say, he/she tries to revoke your I-140 on the 181st day and you did not file your AC21. Is it beneficial to him/company in any way unless they want to screw your career with some personal issues.
3) What if the all the job duties from the new company's HR did not meet the actual labor described duties. Say, you are a developer, and you have something specific in your labor app with few skills that you don't even have in your resume. Is it necessary for the new HR to include the same duties in the AC21 letter

This is the most important question to me - are you really safe once you are done with your 140 approval and have a 485 pending for more than 180 days, even after your employer revoke your application. Can you change lawyers too and proceed with a new lawyer. How does if effect your case?

All your inputs are appreciated.

Thanks

>>>> Yes, search for August 2003 memo

>>>> there are cases of employers revoking I-140, but if you inform USCIS thru your AC21 letter, you are safe... the sooner you do it after you switch, the better

>>>> AC21 letter is what is written by you, your new company should write an Empl Verification Letter addressed to USCIS, enclosed with your letter.
Job duties dont have to exact word to word, thats why they say, its "same" or "similar", I would switch only if there is atleast about 50% overlap.

>>>> Nothing is safe in this world, I did it, and if you had atleast "moderately" good relationship with your current employer, the odds are in your favor... only if it makes good financial sense.. otherwise, its not worth it.
