My 140 was approved and 7/13 and my attorney has sent me a copy of approval notice too. I have joined another company from the first of July and the new attorney wants to file AC 21. I do not have the labor application to find the job description. I know that they have used Programmer Analyst as the job title. My new attorney says that BCIS bothers only about the DOT code and any description fitting Programmer Analyst DOT code must be sufficient. He does not want to see the labor application. Is this okay? Why do people go to great lengths, use FOIA and obtain the labor certification copy? And is it necessary to send AC21 so soon?
Appreciate your help on this!
