AC-21 question (Please help)

Gurus,

I've quick question. I'm working with company A. Got my EAD and its more than 180 days since my 140 has been filed. Now company B offers me contractor job. But the client is company C. (contract to hire after 3 months)

So i'm planning to use AC21 to join compnay B and then join as an employee in compnay C after 3 months. Do i've to inform INS when i'll be working in company B for 3 months or shall i wait till i join in company C as an employee abnd then inform INS about my change of job?

I really appreciate your help.

---what about your I-485?????? others dont get dreams if I-485 is also filed, provide info aboutI-485, if I-485 is also pending more than 180 days then you are eligible to use AC21

--------better join the company B or C who is ready to give you a future permanent job offer letter to use AC21

----- it seems that C is ready to give you a permanent job offer letter, you can send the AC21 letter to USCIS after you join C.
*** do you know what to do if they approve your I-485 when you did not join C and did not update USCIS to use AC21????

Thanks for the quick response. My I-140 got approved and 485 is pending for more than 180 days

You are suggesting me to wait till I get permanent offer from company C and then inform INS?

What if i get any quries from from INS when i'm with company B( remember I'll be with company for 3 months and then join company C)??

I do not have an option. As compnay B got me the contracting job in company C. So I've work in company C representing company B for first 3 months and then I'll get chance to join in compnay C as employee.
This is very good offer. but dont know what to do :(
