I am planning to move from a Top-10 IT Consulting Company to a small one that has some 20 people, using AC-21.
Job type - Same.
Salary - 50% more
Would it be a problem because of the company size?
Shouldn't be a problem, especially if the small company has been around for a little bit and you have been working there for a few weeks and have the evidence to prove you are being paid.
