AC-21 Question...gurus...

Changed jobs after I140 approval/I485>180 days. Did not inform INS via AC21 letter.
Now, let us say that the case got approved without any RFE (yeah...as if that is going to happen ! ). But I wish to continue with my current employer and wont be working for my previous employer (the actual petitioner).
Is there an issue here ?? Do I still need to inform USCIS.
Your opinions would be highly appreciated. Thanks

----- then you have to work with the employer who filed I-140

---- Then send Intent change and AC21 letter from current employer and update USCIS
