AC 21 Please Advise

INS received my I 485 application on Aug 18th 2005 and INS is currently processing cases of Aug 08 2005 ( I am in EB2 Texas Service Center). My question is that I have got a very lucrative offer what I was dreaming for years ..........should I wait for a month or so or avail AC21?

Also

My LC job designation is Software Engineer but the designation for new offered Job is J2EE/Enterprise Architect also significant jump in salary as well around 25K but my job responsibilities is about the same.

Can I go and file for AC21?

Please advise.

go ahead, even if your date is current what about namecheck??????????

if namecheck not completed it would take more time, many people got affected due to that and finally got caught in retrogression
