Does anybody know that how long it take to get any type of notification from INS after submitting AC 21 paper work?

Please share your experience.

What are the documenets needed for AC21

What kind of documents do we have to submit to the INS if we are using AC21 . Could you please let me know.

-----NO, they only update if it was RFE and you sent reply

1 new employer letter that should state that they have permanent job for you after I-485 approval and your job title and job duties will be same as on approved LC by XYX company( employer has to write job title and skills as on your approved LC from past employer. if you dont have copy of approved Lc ask the employer or layer who filed, if they dont give use FOIA (serach for FOIA)
2 your intent change letter
3 USCIS MAY ask new employer ability to pay documents( company tax or Finencial documents) clear with new Employer all before you join him.

Have you used AC21 ? The reason why I am asking is that will the new company I join be willing to part its Financial information Tax with my old Lawyer etc ?

This is worry .

------ you have to ask this question from your new employer. how I can answer this kind of question? I am not your future employer

I submitted AC21 letter by myself about 3 months back. I didnt have the copy of my LC, so had to take the risk regarding the wordings for Job duties.
Anyway...I didnt get any kind of response from USCIS.

I am not sure what'll happen to my case, but i'll keep you guys informed. I know that I took a big risk by not going thru an attorney nor having the copy of my LC. The wordings on my AC21 letter might be different from what I have on the LC..but am assuming its going to be somewhat similar. If not...I am screwed.
