AC-21 invoke..Plz help

Hi all,
I have a question about invoking AC-21.
My 140 was approved a 12 months ago and I filed 140/485 concurrently on October 2003.
If I change my employer do I have to invoke AC-21?
If I am going to change employment and did have good relationship with the employer(gc processing), still I have to apply for AC-21..?
What are the risks involved without invoking AC-21..?
My company legal advisor says not to apply AC-21, and you can change the employment. because we(employer) have good will on you:)

Other way, If I invoke AC-21, does any distrubences occur to my 485 processing..?

Please guide me in this scenario

as far as I know, you are not really required to invoke AC-21 right after changing jobs. If you get a RFE during your I-485 process asking for employment verification letter, then you can send in the AC 21 documents along with your new employment letters, etc.

But I will let others verify this for you.

If they ask last 3 months paystubs.. will that be ok to send new employer paychecks inlucding AC-21 documents..?
Will USCIS think this applicant didn't update with in right time by invoking AC-21..?
iam always optimistic but just thinking different scenarios.
Please can anyone suggest me about this.
