Yesterday I had my AOS inteview in Miami BCIS. The officer that took us in was a real idiot, and did not know anything about portability. He took the memo from last October and said that he was not aware of it. After some basic questions, he took my paystubs, employer letter, and said that he would have to check the memo with his supervisor and he will call back next week...... Lawyer said all is OK, just need to wait until he gets his facts clear. Will keep you all posted on the outcome.....
