AC-21 & I-140/485 < 180 days

Hello Gurus,

Company A filed I-140/485 for future employment at my expense and its 140 days and suddenly they decide to withdraw for reasons unknown. Here are my questions :

1. Is such revocations are acted upon faster by NSC?
2. If they take action on or after 180th day, can I invoke AC-21 since my 485 will be 180 days or more.
3. Will NSC issue an NOID and expect me to be in job with same or similar position elsewhere anytime between now and 180 days?

Please shed your valuable thoughts and give me some advice.

Until the I-140 is approved, withdrawal by the employer will be fatal.
