AC-21 help

My I-140 got approved and I-485 has been pending more than 180 days,now I am planning to invoke AC-21,but the new employer is mentioning as ‘full time regular basis’ not as ‘permenet’,but my attorney is suggesting me to make sure that wording should be as permnent rather than full time regular.Is there any big problem?.Any Ideas please

No job in America is permanent. I mean it, not even a government job.
There are only 2 kinds of jobs Full time and Part time. PERIOD
It is not surprising that many companies shy from giving such employement letters.

use the below sample letter :

Dear Sir/Madam:

This is to certify that XYZ is a full-time employee at our company ABCD Inc. We intend to keep the permanent job offer open for him/her upon the approval of his/ her application to adjust to permanent resident status.

XYZ’s job duties include:

We expect to continue employ him/ her.

Accordingly, we respectfully request that you grant his/her approval of the I-485 application/Immigrant Visa in order for him/ her and him/ her family to obtain their permanent residency status soon. Thank you for your assistance.
