Do you think this is enough. I am not even planning to address it to anybody due to the skeptical nature of our HR. Let me know if you guys find any obvious errors in the above.

Thanks Ginnu. But wouldn't you think they expect the document to be on the letterhead of the company? Also, is it just fine to have the contents from box 13 of the labor alone? It's only a couple of lines in my case.

WHO SHOULD SIGN HR or Technical Manager

Ginnu or Other Subject Matter Experts

The letter should in Company letter head agreed- but who should sign HR or Technical Manager( who knows what we are doing & easy to make him sign) .
