Dear All,
Are there any problems with AC-21 Portability?

Meaning, if our I-140 is Approved and Also if There are 180 days passed after applying of 485
and if we change employers, is there any problem for 485 getting approved?

some of my friends told its risky? I just wanted this group's advice

Risk is relative. If you take a new job that is clearly in the same line of work with a similar salary, you should be fine.

"same line of work..."

This is very subjective. USCIS has not defined it clearly. I've recently changed jobs using AC-21. My old title was IT programmer analyst and new is IT systems manager. Do you think it will create any issues?

Those two seem pretty similar to me. Are the duties broadly similar?

In most of the companies I know "analyst" is just one step below "manager" and in many cases their jobs are similar. If there is any RFE/interview you employer need to frame the job description keeping some similarity with LC job (basically LC job + extra managerial activities).
