If i invoke AC-21 does that mean I'm on EAD? This is my 3rd EAD but I still maintain my H1 and recently did H1 transfer to new company with 3yrs validity. I already joined new company. I need to invoke AC-21 with new company. My question is after invoking AC-21 will my status change to EAD or can I still maintain H1 status? Does the size of new company matter for AC-21?

-----you can be on H1 status H1 has nothing to do with Invoking AC21 with pending I-485
Does the size of new company matter for AC-21?
---------------------USCIS care about same/similar job duties on permanent job offer letter. USCIS can ask ABILITY to Pay from company better to file AC21 with 2-3 pay stub copy of new employer

Thank You very much for your response. Is it good to wait for 2 months with new company and get 2 pay stubs and invoke AC-21 with those paystubs?
