The IIO informed that my case is out of hold and is with an officer since 2 days and should expect a reply in 30 days.

I had called this morning.

I am not sure about the sequence of processing. I had asked about my amended i-140. They have still not received it into their system yet.

i called today and IIO told me she is not aware of any regulations.
My I140 filed on mid-may..
She also said my case is pending.no decision has been made yet..??

I suppose that your IIO was not co-operative or may be she was not aware at all.

The IIO mentioned that they are entering the 1st week of May cases. My I140 was filed towards the end of may.

This is strange. I send EAD renewal and I already got receipt in 12 days. Why would the receipt of amended I-140 take so long. Something is fishy.

could you please mention your 485 ND, and whether you 140 and 485
had different or same employer name ? or how long after filing 485
name change occured.

thanks for your reply, based on what you posted, just want to confirm
that your 140 and 485 did have different employer ?
I have similar situation and trying to figure out if they are approving
such cases.

Yes. My I140 and I485 have different company names.

my ND 9/99. Hold removed and placed in "Staging Area" waiting to be assigned to an officer.
