I completely agree with your assessment of the Memo by LOSM. The memo to me is quite positive and was expecting LOSM to be bullish. Instead it is a damper....maybe good for their consulting business?

I wonder if this means that if your I-140 is approved and NOT revoked, they'll stop bothering you with RFE.. And do you have to submit proof of same/similar job in that case?
